Also, didn't cheap out on the background here. In fact, almost all the time for working on this was doing the background. And it came out really good!

@BlendoNintendo Depends on the type of shading you're doing.

I usually don't shade eyes in cel shading unless something is in front of them.
However, in soft shading, I lightly shade around them with a type of blue.

Here's an example.
