The Simpsons will be changing things up this year for their annual “Treehouse of Horror” episode.

They will be airing TWO specials for the first time! One being a 20 minute long parody of Stephen King’s IT! The other being a traditional anthology episode including DEATH NOTE!

In Mike Flanagan’s “Gerald’s Game”, Jessie reaches for a book titled ‘Midnight Mass.’ In Flanagan’s previous film, “Hush”, the main character is the author of ‘Midnight Mass.’

Years after both films, Flanagan finally released “Midnight Mass” as a series on Netflix.
