Luxray being 3rd in Sinnoh is fantastic, unfortunately my other favourites, Froslass, Mismagius, Shinx and Roserade being so low is a bit sad.
Serperior 6th in Unova, very good. Snivy, Meloetta and Top Lil being in the top 20 is great, too.
