@ble_meng Here's my OC, Conner. Chosen by a golden disk from outer space, he gains a suit of armor that gives him flight, energy attacks, and super strength. Now he protects the Earth from alien invaders, while trying to save every life he encounters (including most of the aliens).

Adventures of Superman 15. Supes fights a giant robot, freeing him of his evil control device, and discovers he was made by Jor-El. The two are practically brothers and Supes happily welcomes as a friend and family. The robot was basically Iron Giant.
