what began as an idea to connect with other artists in the space, has become a community and a podcast. It eats into my drawing time but I freaking love it.
I love that no one is an expert here, mistakes happen to us all and we learn from them.
I suffered burnout before the bear, I was working at an unsustainable rate and lost sight of my creativity - the bear let me slow down, reset and regain clarity.
Since then I’ve minted 80 1/1s and 3 editions - that’s 80 illustrations and 3 animations, with over 70 unique collectors - and my work was displayed in Times Square!
It feels very unBritish to share these stats, but I’m proud of what I’ve achieved!
I entered the space with no plan or roadmap.
My only aim was to improve my personal work. NFTs gave me a creative outlet outside of client work and an opportunity to try animation.
