Jeff Easley did some iconic covers for TSR over the years. This one from “Darkwell”(𝙼𝚘𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚑𝚊𝚎 𝚃𝚛𝚒𝚕𝚘𝚐𝚢 𝚋𝚢 𝙳𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚕𝚊𝚜 𝙽𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜), is a prime example.

Recently started watching the movie Outlander and it was a nice surprise to hear John Hurt calling another character “Boromir” in the movie. I wonder if the Outlander writer or crew were fans of Bakshi’s LotR?

The Mines of Moria as depicted in the Ralph Bakshi version of Lord of the Rings. Unpopular opinion but I still prefer his version (though incomplete) to Jacksons adaption.
