@K_K0ifish 8(monique) isn't always bubbly, but i do feel like he'd be SUPER enamored with living on the surface. the events of OE are a very mixed bag for her. she had seen a lot sanitized soldiers, but it did lead to her meeting OTH and the nss. he's making an effort to enjoy life. 3/4
