Levi said that no one could replace Erwin, so was irreplaceable to the Survey Corps but also to Levi.
But for Levi, it seems more personal, he was the one who made the choice to let Erwin go, and the pain that must have caused.
That nobody could replace what Erwin meant to him.

Levi rushing to get the serum out, because he knows Erwin's just hanging on, the rush to save him, and bring him back to him.
Clutching the serum to his chest, right over his heart, becuase that's what Erwin is to him. His everything.

We don't talk about these Erwin official arts enough
He's been through so much, he's led the Survey Corps to victory so many times, but has also been there when they fail. He's always there for his comrades and friends. One of the best characters written.
