@PokeSuutamie Mizutani was the designer behind Victor and Gloria from Sword & Shield, so it makes sense for her to reprise this role for Gen 9.

Also, the way these sheets are laid out remind me a lot of her three-quarter poses for Chase and Elaine, who we're very certain she also did.
