Am I the only one who sees this mystery demon child in Sonic Frontiers and thinks, "Oh, I didn't know Jose from Persona 5 Royal had an evil twin."
A lot of the time, the Peter Jackson films (especially the Hobbit trilogy, but at points the Lord of the Rings films as well) have this tendency to feel more like Faerûn than Middle-earth. Faerûn under a really wacky tabletop group, and with some truly spectacular dice rolls.
Like, everything below the neck is always covered with Edelgard's "canon" costumes, including her hands. It's been a common inference in the fan community that she's rather badly scarred from SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER, though alternate costumes clearly show she isn't.
Something that... sticks out to me about Edelgard's character design in FE Warriors: Three Hopes is that the skin around her wrists and thighs is exposed.
Not for "omg objectification" reasons, but because her Three Houses designs conspicuously showed no skin at all.
Oh, NICE. I can just jump back into this draft event as much as I like over the next 18 hours.
With how convoluted effect texts and combo-chains got in Yu-Gi-Oh meta, a literal duelist's college doesn't seem like such a fucking wild idea anymore, huh.
@non_seq Ahahaha... not really. Power Girl lost her memory at one point and they got up to shenanigans. Along the way there was a joke panel about them disappearing to another world and later a miniseries about that adventure happened. It was pure comedy.
On the other hand, a nice moment the episode has that the comic doesn't is Harley cutting the Joker off to explain the play on her own name before he does, like "Yeah, yeah, I've heard it before."
