1. Banette
Marie feels unloved and ignored and acts out because of it. This is especially true in season 4.
Banette is spiteful because it was abandoned long ago, and is a prankster because of its spiteful nature.
5. Swanna
This is a bright white swan, a bird of the skies, and a flying type. I just think it's fitting for Skyler White to have a Pokémon that represents her name, considering she's meant to be the symbol of a pure life for Walt.
2. Seaking
The flowy white fins accompanied by the water typing makes me think of the pool scene in Breaking Bad. Seaking is also a rather beautiful Pokémon that is neglected by many, so it fits.
6. Carbink
Jesse is a big fan of blue crystals, and Carbink have amazing potential (Diancie) that can never be recognized because of unfortunate circumstances.
2. Ledyba
There's a fantastic scene in Breaking Bad where Jesse plays with a beetle. This is the only unevolved beetle Pokémon (Jesse is going to have mostly unevolved Pokémon) Its immature yet spirited nature fits Jesse, especially when that spirit gets crushed like a beetle.
6. Vileplume
To round out Walter's team, he has a toxic plant, one that he might use in a powder to kill his enemies or in a juice box to orchestrate a scheme.
4. Slakoth
Despite his insistence to have an incredibly strong team, Walter REFUSES to let his first partner, Slakoth, go, not even evolving it.
