#OTD in 1864, Lincoln stood at the top of the parapet at Fort Stevens in Washington, DC for a good look at the attacking Confederates, causing one soldier to shout, "Get down, you fool, or you'll have your head knocked off!" Who knows the name of that soldier? #CivilWarHistory
