Jump The Shark was invented as a parody of Sonic for a story where a group of game mascot tropes hanf out together.
When I wanted to write a storybook for my kid who likes sea creatures and mermaids, Jump graduated to headlining his own series.

Then, God willing, I will make a game for my wife and her Twitch fan club, using the skills I've gained from the Hat Trick game. This will spin up my actual game production.
I'm of two minds. I think I'm called to entertain, not preach.
On the other hand, I am called to catechize my own kids. SO the book is getting made one way or another. And I really, really, deeply feel the pet peeves that sparked its creation. Books like this 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 to exist.
The trick is I need to go where my audience is. Which is not really Twitter.

The Fateful Craft Sale taught me a couple of things. First and foremost that while I don't sell much to the customers of a Craft Sale, I do effortlessly attract little kids, who love my work. Fair enough. I prefer kids' media myself.
