As with chemo, having loads of podcasts, etc plus earphones will help for the waiting around before you go into the suite proper.
Don't wear a dress as you'll have to take your top & bra off. You're lent a short gown.

Sorry to butt in.

Hope all goes well with the rest of your treatment. Had mastectomy, chemo & radiotherapy myself.

Be prepared to feel more tired after a few sessions, so pace yourself again.
Skin will start to feel hot & you'll need to apply suitable cream or aloe vera gel.
