@vorthos_moppi @orochinagicom With Nano already in, other SS characters may have a good in the door, but I'd still root for some unusual choices.
@thelexhex The same SNK who's all but depicted Iori, one of their most visible characters, as closeted androphile trans by SNK Heroines?
Should be fine.
The evolution from palette swap look to playable in a crossover to represent a series where she wasn't playable before will always be fascinating to me, but the stage had been eloquently set in advance - not only was she Hugo's manager in SF3, she did most of the talking in SvC.
@Richmond_Lee Halfords would be a pretty good fit - not only can his music blend in well in GG, the American Ninja factor parallels Chipp's, and his dog as a gimmick could get interesting there.
Kuroko's brand of crazy would be an ever better fit that might even work with the GG lore.
@nbajambook There aren't many Final Fantasy XI illustrations that try to encompass its world, characters & stories, but these do a great job of it.
As an SNK fan I love Shinkiro's depictions of characters living their lives in ways that wouldn't help you guess they're from fighting games.
@Dotemu @LeikirStudio @SNKPofficial Dare I hope that this (eventually) includes characters/factions/units from Metal Slug Attack - that one did pretty interesting things with the Ptolemaic Army.
Anyway, looking forward to this.
That being said, I'm half-expecting that within the month the Berserk fandom may produce artwork that resembles Miura's spreads, only instead of something like Guts facing a legion of demons or the God Hand, it's him being welcomed to afterlife relief by The Idolmaster cast.
