Meet Thal, One of the High Elf Twins. Mysterious and Cunning, Thal will do anything to protect his twin brother. While he may not be the brightest of the group, he has a knack of being charming and talking his way out of trouble.

So I got this commissioned a while ago and it was just finished... Somehow I think today is the best day to show it off
