//angst// just a couple of kids caught up in a bad system. The HC seems pretty renegade with its citizens. The place seems largely run on crime, so some kids get sidelined and forgotten, only to become a part of the system later.

Penne loooore. as a teen, she was a thief working under the Masters of Barbarianism with her partner (and bf at the time) Slate. They hailed from the same orphanage in the slums, and were close from day one...that is, until adulthood changed Slate's priorities.
