DON'T BLUSH, SEKIME-SAN by Shigure Tokita, a fluffy little romcom about a boy who finds out the most beautiful girl in class is in love with him, but is so nervous about it she can't bring herself to confess out loud.

Then there's the breakout hit (in Japan) DANDADAN by Yukinobu Tatsu, an offbeat supernatural series about an unlikely pair of ghost/alien hunters who stumble into a chaotic, confusing, Weird As Fuck world of horrors waiting around every corner.

Then there's the very new monthly series SHOW-HA SHOTEN by Akinari Asakura and Takeshi Obata, about a pair of aspiring sketch comedians

Now, just for fun, let's include some Jump+ and other series that hit the English Jump/MangaPlus apps this year.
First, KUBO WON'T LET ME BE INVISIBLE by Nene Yukimori, a short-form romcom about a literal background character and the girl with an obvious crush on his goofy ass.

After that is PROTECT ME, SHUGOMARU by Daiki Ihara, a gag comedy about a rich young woman who needs protection from her own overzealous young bodyguard.

Next, and the most likely of the newest batch to stick around, is AYASHIMON by Yuji Kaku, a supernatural action series about the literally monstrous criminal underworld, where yokai vie for power.

Now for stuff too new to get cancelled (for now):
PPPPPP by Mapollo3, a musical drama about the mediocre 7th sibling in a family of piano prodigies, who nonetheless strives to become as grand a musician as his brothers and sisters.

Then there's another failed sports series with NERU: WAY OF THE MARTIAL ARTIST about a boy raised by his legendary martial artist grandfather who joins a mysterious school that practices the real, cutty/stabby/bludgeony arts of warfare.

You know what did grab (western) attention real quick? THE HUNTERS GUILD: RED HOOD by Yuki Kawaguchi. This is a fantasy adventure series about a boy training to become a Hunter tasked with defending humans from the myriad fairy tale monsters that threaten the world.
