Another comedy one, but one that feels much more in line with the artists style and actually arises pretty naturally from the original composition. Probably my favorite of the joke-y ones so far.

Cute joke, but feels like something that would just be a panel in AssClass. Better than the Kochikame one, but ultimately an easy punchline that's less endearing than the original's Piccolo/Gohan contrast.

Did not even try. Did not give a single solitary shit. Took an idiosyncratic cover and turned it into the most generic Z-era imagery possible. Straight up copied poses from the volume's last chapter. Get out.

Captures a lot of the same charm as the original, with some worthwhile tweaks to the overall posing. Great sense of weight and anatomy to the stride of the dinosaur. Goku's face is a great mix of styles.

A solid attempt at something obviously outside Fujimoto's wheelhouse. Like the posing and energy from Bulma and the bird's face. But ultimately that Goku face just ain't right and it distracts from everything else.

Captures the original appeal but deviates enough to add its own character. Great use of color and some interesting perspective by having the curve of the Earth in the background. Goku feed dragon = good.

Did not understand the assignment. This is literally just a Kochikame cover. It's a perfectly fine and charming illustration but this sticks out like a sore thumb.

Solid use of shadows on Freeza, though I'm really not a fan of just how uncanny Goku is. I like the more dynamic perspective but Piccolo winds up too small in the frame with too much negative space for my taste.
