Back in 2009 Sega made a sonic level creator flash game for their SEGAplay service, it may be lost to time because I can't find anything on it other than a few articles, but as you can see it had fully original sprites, there is gameplay but not of the level editor it seems

This is more so a neat fact more than anything but in the sonic 1 manga some things from the sonic 1 beta such as sparkling zone and sonics band are present, so that might mean that the name change and other beta elements may have been changed near the end of development

Sonic adventure kiss (Yes we're going there) is a game where sonaze fans can live out their shipping fantasies but you have to make sure no ones watching you kiss blaze otherwise you die. Its still playable

Not a flash game and its still available to watch on youtube but its so memorable I may as well bring it up. Nazo unleashed was a fan animation by Chakra-X I think you all know about it. It's still watchable

probably the most well known sonic flash game ultimate sonic flash as of right now is also playable

Archie sonic 290 was meant to do re-telling of the sonic 3 story (they were doing a lot with classic sonic before the comics series ended and I'm assuming it was because of the reboot and new timeline) but obviously archie lost the licences in 2017 so it never saw the light

the original version of archie sonic universe #47 ''Chaotix quest'' The original version of this comic had characters cut for unknown reasons, those characters being Rob'O (the hedgehog on the from the original cover) and Mari-Ann but they were replaced by two new characters

The sonic manga from 1992-1994 was a manga aimed at primary school children, the main synopsis was that nicky with his family live in a place called hedgehog town, Nicky also has the power to turn into Sonic The Hedgehog to challenge the evil Dr Eggman

Sonic extreme (Not to be confused with X-treme) Was a demo created by the people that made the sonic heroes opening intro, it included sonic and shadow on hover boards while they did tricks, there was also a battle mode, this was discovered on an xbox developer kit in 2011

the sonic comic app was an app for smartphone devices released in 2010 and it would allow people to read the archie comics by buying them through the app, but since archies sonic license ended in 2017 the app is mostly gone
