Design notes:
Wily's "hairband" is actually a piece used in Genesect articulations. Having to repair so many of them means he has a spare pile of them.
He claims to prefer using the red ones made for Rusty just because they're smaller, but nobody buys it.
Remember that "more serious" Wily scene I was boarding that I said had spoilers?
I basically spoiled it already so...

Also I accidentally made a movie poster with that last image so here's something more lighthearted.

YOO, I ACTUALLY GOT THE LAYOUT TO COME OUT PRETTY GOOD!
I'm usually bad at boarding out simple dialogue.
Now to make the characters look like themselves and animate this properly.
(First is Wilhelm+Luna, second is Yorra, I know, the layout sketches don't look great 😅)
