Merry belated Christmas from Belle! 💝

I started this before christmas but didn't have the chance to finish it in time. However i figured I'd at least color it and post what I could. Consider it my last gift of 2019.

Expect more in 2020 though!

@_Teriin_ Hello, I'd like to introduce you to Melysa Milis! This softspoken magician isn't very strong; but her cooking skills draw the attention of the powerful Dark Mages Guild.

Together they discover she has the power to magically enchant her cooking, setting her off on adventure!

breaking news: Local gamer grill plays games like a real gamer bois beware

I missed my old OC Belle Glacier so i'm back to putting her in cute clothes again. <3

My art at the beginning of the decade vs. my art now!

Was tempted to give up many times but i had to learn to love to draw for fun, not for work/improvement. Mindset matters!

Haha i lied it totally was for reference purposes! Got 'em.

Marialla is rather headstrong. That trait is what allowed her to get the town goods it wouldn't have had otherwise. People doubted if a shop in this town was worth it due to the low population. This girl took it as a challenge. Here's a redraw of a prior doodle of her!

Time to introduce another cakemage character! Marialla is the general shop owner of Amaryllis, and a childhood friend of Melysa Milis. Imagine her surprise when she learned her old friend would one day protect her town! She loves her business and puts her heart into it.

(Previous design shown for comparison.) I hope to do fully colored drawings of the redraws in the future. Just havent had time to do another big project lately. Weh.
