We are thrilled to be the industrial partner of @spacegovuk on the Columbus Ka band (COLKa) antenna that was launched moments ago on #CRS13 for the @Space_Station. MDA's UK division designed and integrated the antenna, with support from partners @kongsbergasa & @AntwerpSpace.

1995 saw Canada's first earth observation satellite, #RADARSAT1 launch with MDA's SAR payload. It had a design life of five years - but served the world's needs for an astounding 18 years. #50YearsofMDA
