For Blaze, I've wanted to see what Kira Buckland would be like in the role for a while.
For Shadow, I'd want someone with maybe a bit closer to Jason's range when it comes to Shadow performances.
Given some of the character's he's played, Ben Diskin I think could work.
For Amy, really I feel the voice doesn't have to be too distinct for Amy, just a generally bubbly kind of voice that can show a bit of a more aggressive side.
I'd say someone like Cherami Leigh
Eggman is probably one of the hardest ones to recast because Pollock's voice has become so synonymous with the character over the last nearly 2 decades. If I could go for someone who could get close to the same range or energy but also do their own thing, I'd say David Kaye
Knuckles, I remember at the time Team Sonic Racing was coming out, a lot of people thought Patrick Seitz was the new voice for Knuckles, and I still standby I think that could honestly be a pretty good pick.

A good underrated villain aesthetic is the gentleman. I always like the proper and dapper type of villain, makes for good comedic contrast between personality and actions. Also I like the Victorian flair to some of the designs
