Progress has been glacial, but here's a quick update on Werewolf Matriarch. Focusing a lot on her face. Landing in a spot I'm starting to really like. Hair and outfit will be next.

Started working on my Werewolf Matriarch. Blobbing things out and playing with stuff. Things'll probably change up a quite a bit as I iron things out.

Working hard to wrap this guy up before new year. Spent a lot of time polishing textures. Quickly modeled and textured a backdrop (still wip) and I still need to model and texture weapons. He's really close though.

@LittleMissLokii This has been something I've wanted to do for a while! I'm stoked for you! SNK's characters are a gold mine for cool designs, but I also have a soft spot for older, quirky Capcom designs from early 3D era. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

smallish update on my personal project. Sorry for the stinky resolution. Reworked the Pauldrons and hip plates, as well as the arm wraps and gloves. Widened the stance for retopo/baking/anim purposes. Hopefully I'll have a nicer, more final render soon

Still working on my personal 3D character project, but doing these little npc portraits on the side has been a nice change of pace. its just a nice break up between all the 3D I do. I "Finished" one and reworked two others a bit more. More reworks likely to happen.
