Some concept sketches of us trying to hash out how our main character should look. I opted for a kinda bulky design, but thanks to @comfysaur we ended up with the final pic. Took a lot of inspiration from his concepts and art style for her overall look!
Downward thrust attack animation that went unused. The actual effect in-game (the fast thrust rotated 90 degrees) actually looked kinda neat so we ended up keeping it as it was
Last week , I made a post about Junko Rewound; a weeklong gamejam I participated in. I wanna share a couple of the assets I did for it--Iit was fun getting deep into aseprite and animating each day was a real trial!
Participated in the 7-day #BrackeysGameJam with @DreadoosaG , @comfysaur and @MortistarMusic! I did most of the animations and pixel art, and some of the character designs. Give it a look if you like robots and action platformers!
