I am Martin, born in Denmark and I do this mainly to relax and destress after a long day at work, and it's definitely working.

My name is Martin, I draw on paper only - experimenting with markers, pens, pencils etc.

@Lydiachan22 I worked a 10 hour day and had 7 hours of meetings - so it was both fun and enlightening

But at least I am working from home, have a job, and get to relax by drawing afterward, so still a positive day.
