Note:
Final Variant, drawn in contrast to previous elite variant. I like depicting the draugrs as having somewhat more intelligence intact than skellies, as if their warrior tendencies are still intact.

Came up with 3 variants, thought that Elites could have arisen from age, their bloated organs eventually breached their skin, leaving behind a leaner, faster body.

Note:
Played around with the idea that as slimes coalesce their intelligence increases. Perhaps Oozers, being a collection of slimes could exhibit ambush behaviours like baiting - and thus here it is (pictured with friend Steve).
