I'm surprised Belle didn't end up living with Tails. Though given what she was made for, staying at Restoration does make sense.

Also, I think Lanolin is on the path to becoming more than just a background character in the issues Adam draws.

I love her design, consept and personality. She's so adorable and is a fun fish out of water character. She's the most unique character out of everybody.

Her finger toolset and understanding of robotics could make her a very useful ally to Sonic and friends.

#IDWSonic kicks off it's newest story arc today.

Part 1 was a really fun introduction for the story to come with great character interactions. There's lots of #BelleTheTinkerer moments in this one which made me really happy, cause she's best IDW character :3

@BelleizBonkers Amy as a clown was a small part of a Sonic Boom episode. The idea was inspired by this.

One thing I translated over from her clown costume in Boom was the shoe design but done as big clown boots instead since boots are an iconic part of Modern Amy's design.

Been planning a design for Amy (Modern) in a clown outfit cause why the heck not? The idea has been in my head for a while and I'm feeling in a creative mood this late at night.

Might even get Cream in on this silly idea too if I can come up with a design.

The two Cream ones were drawn on a PC and Movie Sonic via Procreate.

Until then, Belle's still got many friends to make, and having her team up with Tangle for the next story is a great idea. Help ease new readers into Belle by pairing her up with one of IDW's most loved characters.

It's going to be a brilliant dynamic and I can't wait!

She has a new friend in Tails and a new home at his workshop. The perfect place for what she was built for. Helping out and fixing things. I'm super glad this is where she ends up by the end of Chao Races and Badnik Bases.

Though will this be her permanent new home?
