One cool aspect of the game is that you can change the mecha's wings purely for style and you can check it out in an in-game model viewer. It was a helpful reference when drawing these variants lol

Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire is a very stylish vertical shooter for the PC Engine CD. I am not too great at it yet but I love the excellent rock music, the cool 90s anime art style and the nice character design. It's so good!

Cute little critter, I always liked him since Stadium 1. Interestingly, there is an alternate shiny variation with brown-ish skin and yellow mushrooms used in FRLG, but it appears in no other game afterwards.
