Col is a clone layer of your color+background and whathaveyou. Its needed so that the saturation is basically doubled (+D) instead of jsut overwritten to be a universally higher value.

we got:
thick, disconnected lineart
halftone cel shading
very limited color palette as opposed to open palette
rounded longer face
thicker upper body frame
low resolution, low detail

this seems pretty antithetical to your style imo! haha
