ART GOAL MET!

I saw the last of the 3 versions of one of my favorite paintings - Watson and the Shark (by John S. Copley). Last summer, I saw the original in DC and his replica in Boston, and now I've seen the third in Detroit, today!

Let's add the Jin version to make four!🤣🦈

Edward Lear (1812-1888) was an English artist, illustrator, and author. Best known for his witty poetry, Lear also often drew animals and landscapes from his travels that were sometimes used as illustrations in books.
