Negamon is another mon that works perfectly as an alt-Kuramon line. Tbh this season added a lot in that motif.

I feel like the one that steals time could be original instead of Clockmon tho. If not then 100% Clockmon

@ActualCorn Even something like One Piece, which has a rocky history with lgbtq+ characters has 2 prominent trans characters in the current arc. One with horns is a trans man and even his dad, who’s the villain respects his pronouns. And the one with black hair is a trans woman

I was looking for a humanoid turtle race similar to them.

@Blaziankid67 This is how the series is suppose to look too. It's suppose to look eerie and strange. The series has it's roots in lovecraft horror and Twin Peaks, not generic anime and funky music.
PS2 era Soejima also nailed the feeling (some of them even based on P1/2 art)
