I didn't watch much anime this year, but uh--- https://t.co/IJBgGHS8lg
The magical girl of the day is Hiroko Tachi/Midnight Police from Crime Catch Policure!

I see a lot of posts regarding Sailor Moon's laserdiscs, but not any revolving around other magical girl series! Here are the four boxset covers for the laserdiscs of Cardcaptor Sakura!
Some of Akemi Takada's illustrations of Yuu Morisawa/Creamy Mami from Magical Angel Creamy Mami (1983).
Debating which is a better profile picture... @-@
Shamanic Princess (1996)
Slept on magical girl OVA I rarely see anyone talk about. Sadly, you can't find info about its production online. Felt the story wrapped up nicely and the extra episodes of backstory helped the world building. Check it out when you have the time.
I lost my mind realizing that Kali Utsumi, one of the character in Remember11 (a visual novel that had Kotaro Uchikoshi as one of its writers) is voiced by Aya Hisakawa. Hisakawa also voices Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury, Kero-chan, and Miki Kaoru!
The magical girl of the evening is Momoka Oginome from Mawaru Penguindrum.
Never getting over that picture online of calling these three Mary Sues.
As I've said before - media literacy is dead. If you sat through Shugo Chara and try to tell me Amu doesn't have flaws idk what to say? Mary Sue is a dumb term as is.
