Honestly, of all the Nelvana projects that never were, the Doctor Who cartoon is the one that I'm most disappointed never materialized. It looks like it would have been pretty cool; I've always wanted to watch Doctor Who anyways. https://t.co/pRtFd1mBit
Works that Nelvana tried to make animated adaptations of but ultimately never did.
Its Asian/Pacific Heritage month in the States and Asian Heritage Month in Canada. So as a Hong Kong-born Canadian, here are my two all-time favorite cartoon Asian characters and the characters I see the most of myself in these days.
I don't think most people would believe me if I told them these shows were all created by the same guy. Heck, even I have trouble believing it sometimes. They all have so little in common with each other.
Just gonna say it: these three are an underrated cartoon friendship trio.
Also, this show is a perfect example of "don't judge a show by its title".
Quite possible one of Teletoon's most non-stereotypically "Teletoon" originals. And definitely one of the more openly/blatantly "Canadian" Canadian cartoons.
@CoreRiff Alright, Imma give this a shot.
Course, there some others I could mention: Weird Years, Urban Vermin, Hoze Houndz, Pig City...
@Theolivepit04 These shows are all banger, but I would like to take the time to also remember these guys.
