oh i also found this last night and realized literally years later that i actually drew his hands in this picture
and since i havent drawn or thought of ethan since 1942, i never made the connection, and the only evidence was there in my ancient scribbles. i would go out of my way to give ethan the darkest, blackest eyes possible, and inadvertently gave him.... well. *that* look

so I'm still thinking about the scene when they're trying to get greed island where killua mentions his brother (referring to milluki) but gon only knows illumi so he assumes he's talking about him and that means that gon is under the impression that illumi is a giant otaku now
