Happy new year! Didn’t keep count but looking at this years posts I painted 300 infantry/artillery and 26 vehicles. Mostly WWII but also some Napoleonics. Next year I will move into 10mm and Warmaster!

Yesterday I listened to Clutch and did some work on my old engineers to make them fit my winter Soviets. Some minor aggressive highlights and a bit of rebasing and varnish and they’re battle ready once more!

You can’t have too many STG44:s either! This is another ad hoc unit, with mixed uniforms. Especially pleased with how the guys in my interpretation of Italian camouflage turned out.

You just can’t have too many smg:s! Grenadiers disembarking from their new Opel Blitz, ready strike where needed. Have had these half finished since May but now they’re finally done!

Even more Soviets ready for the vicious street fighting! Once again painted the same way, works very well. I never really get the hang of using contrasts but this way is time efficient and gives a good result.
