13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim
This is the best game I’ve played in years. A gripping time loop sci-fi story , compelling adventure game puzzles mixed in with epic mecha VS kaiju battles. Do yourself a favour and play this it’s a masterpiece 10/10
Tales Of Symphonia
Started off strong and has aged really well but I felt the story got very messy by the end “get betrayed by everyone the video game”. That said overall I enjoyed this quite a lot especially the combat and cast. Beseria and Vesperia are still better tho 8/10

Ascendant Hearts
This is a pretty basic fantasy VN. Three girls to choose from , generic fantasy goings on. It’s long, probably a bit too long but with a decent smattering of fan service. Par for the course in the genre but by no means awful 5/10
Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time
SJ:BTT is a surprisingly competent tribute to a bygone era of PS2 style platformer/fighter and it's all the better for it. Classic style boss fights and refined surprisingly deep combat make this a fun, if a little short lived experience.

Nexomon: Extinction
NE is a joy to play with vibrant graphics , excellent humour a surprising clever plot and the closest your going to get to “old school” Pokémon style gameplay.
Lots to explore, lots of creatures to train, my only critique is at times it’s a lil grindy. 8/10
Aokana (Switch)
Aokana is a wonderfully upbeat VN with four romance routes and easily 20-40 hours of fun to be had.
The story is uplifting to experience with the good vibes matching it's core plot point of flying as high as you can.
Art wise it's simply breathtaking.
