#PowerGirl first appeared in All Star Comics #58 in 1976. She had a very minor role on that cover, though, so, for our cover remake in celebration of her 45th birthday we chose this 1978 one instead, from her first solo tryout.

#Batgirl debuted in 1961, but she was Betty Kane, Batwoman's niece, intended as Robin's love interest, in a further attempt to dissuade people from Dr Wertham's installed notion of B&R's homosexuality.
Here's our remake of that 1st cover.

It's a win/win. The whole reason why we keep asking you to #RestoretheSnyderVerse
I know a cameo of an outside comic character in a comic book movie is nothing new, even if we're talking about a comic strip character.
But never in my life did it occur to me I'd see Argentina's greatest comic character Mafalda in a Suicide Squad movie.
