I've got some leftover Kickstarter money from WWC #1 (pictured below) that I would like to spend before the end of the year because of reasons.

So, issue two needs a cover. I would prefer to hire someone who is queer and/or a person of color. Drop a portfolio.

OMAC is one of my favorite Kirby works because of the maximalist approach to dystopia. This year, @colthoskins, @HankJonesColors, and I have been working on something that’s certainly in part a response to that work. Keep your eyes peeled.

First, we have the titular Weekend Warrior by @_aeroplaneblues and myself with @djeljosevic. It’s about Jamie, a non-binary 20-something who works in an office so they can afford to go to an alien world on the weekend to play superhero!

It’s not all gloom, though! It’s just not accurate to life to ignore the things that make it beautiful.
