I just arrived from my doctor's visit and the checks were good, but...

...she also said my pacemaker has to step in 99% of the time, which means I don't have an organic heart beat anymore and need the device to survive

which, by definition, means I'm a cyborg now?

Just finished the Sandman on Netflix. First 6 episodes are grrreat, 5 and 6 are compelling with a great villain.

However, the Vortex storyline starting with epis. 7 is sappy kitsch with too many new characters and a messy plot and cheap CGI.

Overall, a 6 out of 10

It’s about a lonely creative stuck in a pandemic lockdown when he befriends a mysterious woman with a dark desire, linked to the virus.

Peers called it too close to home…
