So looks like Gyokai has designed a new Doll for Project Neural Cloud, named Nascita. Unsure if this is a DohnaDohna collab or just a new Doll by the freelance artist, but either way this is super cool.
We'll find out more details during the upcoming anni stream.
The IP registration freeze in CN has ended as of 4/10 and the public admin website might update with new domestic game titles tonight.

Following the trend of Delacey entering the normal pool, Hatsuchiri will also enter the normal pool.
So far there is no exclusive Dolls in PNC. (Will have to wait and see if Python enters later too).

And also as a side note, both Butterfly In A Cocoon and Jashin collab are significantly longer than chapter 13.
So why was the piece of content that would progress the server waylaid for 6mo?

If you want better treatment as a server, then you must resist the coom impulses.
It's hard, I know, like a meth head in a trap house, but the server will never improve from its current stagnation if you do not resist.
