I've been getting back into Tekken again and my soul couldn't find peace until I drew this

Working on a 2000s style visual kei/host character, SAI kept crashing so I had to eke this design out on MSPaint

I was looking through some of my old drawings and found one of an old character and felt the need to draw him again, sorry I did you dirty last time
