@DarkVampireDee Here's my source image and different outpts using palette of the image I made (I added the BG separately after the image was ready).

There's dithering in my version because the source material is full of gradients and I wanted to keep them. What would you expect my answer to be?

I colorized this Sonic 1 concept and was surprised to find coins in it (rings didn't exist at the time)!

I wonder if Labyrinth was supposed to be inside a dome. It's what the lines on the BG suggest, at least.

@JoesRareWares Thanks to research done on the prototypes we can say it's either the "Sonic 2 Beta 4" build or something really close to it.

We can also reproduce this exact screenshot in emulators with some careful timing :3

While @BradyHartel and @Quazza97 can't share details on their newest (and official) Sonic CD restoration, they've already shared some images last year using their older AI-trained model.

Man, I just can't wait to see the final results @_@

I just realizd that if you apply the colors to it you can recreate the famous 1990 Dreams Come True poster!
