My #FeatureFriday for #fantasyindiesnovember is the book that started it all: The Tree That Grew Through Iron. It has seen countless cover transformations and growth over the years, but it finally found its last and most-fitting form. ❤
Believe it or not, Mimir is probably the best hugger. He's always lifting Ferrand up and genuinely loves mankind.

Throwback to the first ever art I commissioned of Kazuaki and Nicholai (by zikau). I still didn't have a super clear direction of the characters at the time, but I knew the dichotomy of a humanitarian and a murderer would be ... fun. 😁
And thus, The Panagea Tales was born.
I love the smell of fresh irony in the morning.
This quote fits Kazuaki and Bermuda to a T. If you get it, you get it. 😂
(Somewhere in a distant corner, Mimir is following up the age old rhyme with a banner that reads, "Put a curse upon thine eye!")
Hope y'all have been well!
Back in the late 80s, my mom wrote and sketched stories for my brother and I when we were kids.
I found one of her original manuscripts, complete with her drawings.
She doesn't know it yet, but I'm going to turn this into a paperback for her by Christmas. 😎 Let's go!
@EmmalineStrange In order ...
Kazuaki Hidataka (@Aeveala)
Bermuda (@klimovaa_anna (that's her Instagram though, she doesn't have Twitter)
Kazuaki and Bermuda (@domenique_art)
And the last one is by me, I do 3D art commissions as well.
@e_stavs That photo of her is so beautiful!!
My fan favorite is Bermuda, which honestly baffles me. She's physically strong, but heavily flawed emotionally, and she makes a lot of questionable decisions.
@ScharaReeves Yes! Rennington and Iani Platts (first pic) have a few years between them. They're wily, but they'd die for the other.
Granite (second pic) has siblings, but they're not on speaking terms. Mostly because Granite's brother tried to eat his beloved dog and Granite killed him. 😳
@NatashaCL7 Yes! It's not the focus of the plot, and it's casually introduced rather than giant neon signs saying so, but Bartholomew Gray not only happens to be the most intellectual in my large cast of characters, but he finds true love with his ambassador, Kal.
(Art by @/Akanetto2)
It's my beautiful scholar and navigator of Captain Kazuaki Hidataka's ship! The one, the only, Mr. Bartholomew Gray!
I love adding @Akanetto2's art to my collection. Only a few characters left to have the entire Akanetto set of my filthy heathens! 😊
