My second childhood dog died on Friday, it was rough even though he lived a long, comfy life and we knew it was coming. The same day, I was doing laundry and met a very sweet golden retriever named Simba, who kept walking up to me for pets while I gathered clean clothes. He knew.

@ciaraturnerart A lot of my art is fantasy, but I try to create work that challenges the stigma of mental healthcare and trauma. This is only a small portion of the things I do. I won’t be able to open my Etsy again until August,there’s so much I lack the audience/investment to produce for now.

Can people who know equine anatomy (maybe there’s a horse Twitter?) help me figure out how to make the back legs work? Or honestly all of the legs. Can’t visualize a good run pose. I’d like to seek expert advice on this while I’m working on commissions. Reference would be rad!!
