Agent 4 Terry is a pacifist by heart, so he attempted to flirt with the enemy octolings; so that he can retrieve the mini zapfish within the enemy territory without hurting anyone.

Sadly for him, flirting could work very well, backfire hard, or both.

He is a "former" of many: he's Blaze's former lover in their younger days, a former gang member, and he is also the former Agent 4 before he gave up his duties.

What does matter to him is that he is now living a quiet life with his soon-to-be-husband, Wave.
