I'm working on an illustration for School with a building from LotR mixed to Octavia (Invisible Cities).
So here is the flat front face of the building (Fire Station) and some work on the mood and lights.

SO HERE IS MY COMMISSION SHEET.

I take 30% of the on the full price before I began the drawing and take the other 70% when the drawing is delivered.
The 30% are an insurance if you don't want the drawing anymore and if I already started it (It takes time to draw EH).
