there is only official design art of the first dress, I need a second art of the new design and dress, I'm not too confident in myself to draw/vector it, but one day, I'll figure it out

so I made an alternative Gala dress for Star, to go alongside the first Gala dress style she has (since in the show, the mane 6 got to have 2 different Gala dresses)
