My son Gus. Funny info no one asked for: at first I didn't know how to name him, so I went with the first name I could think of until I could find something better suited for him. But then I couldn't change it, I love this name for him.

It's funny that when I try to find what I consider the best rendering I've ever done, I think of these two portraits. Do I have a thing for drenched characters?...

I tried to commission myself (weird, I know) and at least I'm happy with the faces of my boys, Gus and Domino. I'm still outlining their story and I needed a new art of them because I LOVE THEM!

I know Fafa is supposed to be very handsome and charismatic but all I have in my heart is a cuteness overload from him. Also, drawing characters at different ages is a challenge, but we know Xie Lian loves to hug both baby Hua Cheng and 800 years old Hua Cheng.

I love Xie Lian with all my heart and I'm still not ok with this chapter, so I drew it.
Maybe it will help... or not 😭😭😭😭😭😭
